2013 Lunar New Year Parade & Festival Celebration

You are cordially invited to participate at the Lunar New Year Parade, and the New Year Festival Celebration in Flushing, Queens.

The Parade will be carried out outdoors at 11:00AM on SaturdayFebruary 16, 2013 at the Union Street and 39 Ave. Flushing. An opening ceremony featuring Lion and Dragon Dances will form all shine the beginning of another New Year.

The indoor festival will take place from:11:00 AM to 3:00PM. on Sunday February 10, 201at Queens Crossing136-17 39th Avenue 2Fl. Flushing. It will feature a series of enchanting traditional stage performances and a cultural bazaar.

Our invitation has extended to distinguished guests, such as the mayor, borough president, congress members, state and city elect officials and other dignitaries to celebrate the Year of the Snake. In order to make our annual New Year celebration successful, we need your kindest support.

Last year celebration attracted thousands of spectators, who enjoyed all the performances and the

wonderful displays of each booth. This year celebration, which also falls on the weekend, is expected to attract even more spectators. Lunar New Year marks a major celebration in the Asian and whole community.
